Floating Saturdays: 1-2/month: 1 P.M. to 4 P.M.

We currently accept the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield/PPO, BCBS, Humana, United HealthCare, GEHA, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, Healthnet, most HMOs, Banner Pinal County and Medicare and most Medicare Advantage Plans. We also accept credit card, cash and check with approval.
